We love Zucchini

Kimball's aunt Janice gave us a few huge zucchinis from her garden this fall, so I thought I would take advantage of having so much of this blessed vegetable by turning it into something sweet: chocolate zucchini cake! Kimball loved it and so did our neighbors!

    Oh wow! I think that's a recipe I just might want to borrow/try... We didn't plant any zuccini this year, but I'm planning on it next year. Yum!
