Hershey Park and Chocolate World, PA

Us with Kenley and Erin and some choc-o-late!

Robin with Kaylyn and Emily in the back

I got to hang out with these two cute kids, Julia and Nathan, while all the non-pregnant people got to ride the big rides. It sure was fun to see the joy on these little kids' faces.

Nancy with her darling son, James. Nancy is the reason we had this reunion! Great planning on Nancy and Ray's part.

This was one of the best parts of our trip! The Hershey company really is making a killing on their Disney-like theme park and chocolate world. We all wore the same shirts, so it was really fun to see each other throughout the park.

Arlington National Cemetery

The changing of the guards for the tomb of the Unknown Soldier

The beautiful marble building that stands at the head of the cemetery

I enjoyed my second trip to Arlington, especially since it was so close to Memorial Day. It made me think of my grandpas who both honorably served in wars.

Valley Forge, PA

The George Washington Memorial
Some of the cabins that the soldiers slept in. Inside they looked pretty grim.
Valley Forge is the site of a famous revolutionary war battle. We didn't get to spend a lot of time here, but their visitor's center was so neat in explaining the battle and the war itself.

Friends in Pennsylvania

On our travels to Pennsylvania, we met up with Nancy & Scott Jones and Nicole & Tyler Johansen. What a fun time it was to see each other for dinner and chatting. It is always a good feeling to see old friends. Nancy lives in Hershey, PA and Nicole lives in Pittsburg, PA. Thanks for the delic food, Nancy!! We love you guys!

Thanksgiving Point Gardens

This past weekend, we went to Thanksgiving Point to walk around the 55 acres of gorgeous flower gardens. They have beautiful waterfalls, grass, trees, and flowers. This was Kimball's date idea, and we had a great time together!
They have a large pond with lots of Koi fish originally from Japan

Spring is here!

Spring has arrived, so we planted flowers on Saturday. Here are some pictures of our yard and the flowers. It was fun spending the day in the yard with Kimball!

16 WEEKS

I had my second appointment today with the doctor, and everything with baby is going well. I am feeling great and can even get up earlier than 8am and stay up later than 9pm now. :) We find out the gender on June 5th. One more month!
